The reality is that thousands of small businesses, from dentists to individuals running accountants and recruitment companies don’t have the time or resource to research and understand their GDPR responsibilities.

  1. By completing the field “above” you provide consent for us to send you our layman’s guide to the GDPR document, and a monthly newsletter (details below).
  2. You will be required to confirm your consent by way of an email sent to you to confirm your email address. This is for your protection.

If you wish to opt-out at any stage please either click the unsubscribe link in the email we sent or email opt-out@thecomplianceconsultancy.com we will send you an email which you will need to reply to, to confirm your request. You have the right to opt-out, rectify, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Requests of this nature should be made to the Data Protection Officer using dpo@thecomplianceconsultancy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority (ICO)
  7. We will not use your information for anything other than what we have stipulated in point 1
  8. Our monthly newsletter is designed to be informative and includes recently published information and/or relevant comment. Our newsletter may contain updates in relation to the services we offer and any promotions we may choose to offer. You will only ever receive one newsletter per month, but we do reserve the right to send an update to our newsletter if we feel there is relevant news which justifies immediate release. We expect this to be the exception and not the norm
